San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons * Vendor Information and Registration Form
The Inaugural San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons is expected to be expected to be incredibly successful. We look forward to making this Feast an annual event.
The Feast will be held along Good Ground Road in Hampton Bays. We are planning entertainment and activities to attract a large crowd on both days and to make each vendor's stand location profitable at the Hamptons First Annual San Gennaro Feast.

Vendor spots are
$275.00 for non-food vendors
$500.00 for food vendors including Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce members
Spots are 10x15 in size.
Price is for the two day event.
We will contact you at our earliest convenience.

All Applications and Vendor Forms submitted will be reviewed if approved you will be contacted by staff member.
There is no electric available for stands. Each vendor who requires electric must supply own generator.
Set up for stands will begin at 6am on October 6th 2012. ** Stands cannot be dismantled until 9pm on October 7th 2012.
NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC will be allowed after 9am October 6th. Each Vendor is required to have Garbage Bags for trash pickup. Garbage cans will be located along Good Ground Road.
Terms and Conditions and Vendor Instructions
Compliance with all Laws, Rules, and Regulations: As a vendor you are required to comply with all laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances of all government authorities.
No Subleasing of Stands: Subleasing of stands is prohibited. Stands must be operated by the vendor whose application is accepted.
Reservation of Rights: San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons reserves the right to accept or reject a Vendors application and determine what items may be sold. All vendor locations will be assigned by San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons. No Guarantees are made to Vendors concerning the location of their stands.
Removal of Stands: ALL STANDS MUST BE REMOVED BY 9PM OCTOBER 7TH 2012
REQUIRED PERMITS:
New York State and Suffolk County require Vendors to be licensed and to collect Sales Tax. You are required to have a Sales Tax Certificate of Authority.
Suffolk County requires temporary Food Permits for those vendors selling any food.
ALL vendors must remit copy of insurance certificate with application.

Indemnification By Vendor: The Vendor hereby accepts and will comply with these Terms and Conditions and Vendor Instructions and also agrees to indemnify San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons and Southampton Town and The Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce, and each of them, and by accepting the terms of this application and setting up a stand at the Feast you agree to save San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons and Southampton Town and each of them harmless from and against any and all claims, suits, proceedings, actions, responsibilities, demands judgements and execution which either:
A. Arise from or are in connection with the possession, use, occupation, management, maintenance or control of the Vendors stand(s) premises or any portion thereof or the sidewalks and/or streets abutting same;
B. Arise from or are in connection with any act or ommission of the Vendor or it's agents and/or employees or arise from or are in connection with any work the Vendor is permitted to do here under which result in injury to person or property or loss of life sustained in or about the demised premises including injuries which occur on the sidewalks and/or streets abutting the demised premises. The Vendor shall defend any actions, suits, or proceedings which may be brought against the San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons and/or Southampton Town if impeached by any individual or entity. The Vendor shall pay, satisfy, and discharge any judgements, orders, and decrees which may be recovered against San Gennaro Feast of the Hamptons and/or Southampton Town in connection with the foregoing.
ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE OPERABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER IN THEIR STAND.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE PROOF OF INSURANCE DURING THE SAN GENNARO FEAST OF THE HAMPTONS.
